SCHEMATIC for Bouchard:
The Bouchard class is the first mobile starbase design. It's purpose arose from the need to govern large expanses of space with little support. To save on time, during the urgency of building one in the Ares Expanse, the design was adapted to incoporate Galaxy Class saucers, only on a much larger scale. The two saucer sections that can separate from the main ops hub are each over six times larger than their original design basis. Todd McKoon is the designer, Samuel Parent developped the images for it.
